We highly recommend you hand wash your bottle & silicone inserts with warm soapy water, rinse, then leave to dry or use a soft towel to dry. Go old school on this and don't use the dishwasher.

Your bottles have easy twist off tops and bottoms for easy cleaning.

When putting your crystal water bottle back together, ensure that everything is nice & dry.

Only fill with cool/cold water.

As your bottle is made of high quality Borosilicate Glass, it is quite tough, however you still need to be careful as with any glass product.

Do not put your crystal water bottle in the freezer or the microwave.

The wands are secured via the silicone insert, you just need to push the wand (up and into) through the insert, when replacing your wand.

We recommend cleansing your wands or tumbles before use. There are a number of ways to cleanse your crystals such as:

Using a smudge stick, (e.g. Sage or a Palo Santo stick)

Leaving your crystals out under the moons soft feminine rays.

Run them under running water.

You can also hold the crystals in your hands or send an intention for cleansing.

We offer free standard shipping on orders $89 and over Australia Wide using Australia Post.

We do have the option for express orders at the applicable Auspost rates.

All orders are dispatched same business day for orders placed before 10am, or next business day. Basically we'll try and get it to you asap! All orders are sent from sunny Perth in Western Australia.

If you're in WA it can take 2-4 business days to receive your order once dispatched;

If you're in all other States and Territories of Australia, it can take 3-7 business days to receive your order once dispatched.

If you are choosing the express option, then this would usually be 1-3 business days to receive your order once dispatched.

Customers are responsible for parcels that have been delivered. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of your delivery once the item has been delivered. We recommend using a PO Box if you are concerned about the locations safety.

Yes, all of our Crystals are genuine and not dyed in any way. We have sourced our crystals & stones from Western Australia, Wales, Scotland & Brazil.

All our Crystal Wand Bottles have a 'direct infusion' method, that means they come into direct contact with the water, and yes, they are totally safe in this method.

All our Tumbles and Chips Bottles have an 'indirect infusion' method, that means that the crystals do not come into contact with the water. Whilst some of the crystals would be fine to come into direct contact with the water, there are some that aren't which is why we offer the bottles with an enclosed chamber. You still receive the powerful energy of the crystal without immersion into water.
